Hoping everyone had a great Christmas and New Year. Coach Brian spend his New Year's in Portland OR doing a seminar and celebrating the GRAND OPENING OF 503 WEST COAST JIUJITSU.

Team West Coast will start the year doing our first tournament the 23rd of January at Gracie Nationals held in LA. For more information regarding the tournament please check with the front office. As we promised this year will be full of tournaments in JJ and MMA.
