We provide an array of instruction in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Women's Self Defense and Fitness Classes, Mixed Martial Arts and Cardio Kickboxing. Classes are offered for every level of experience and are also available for Children and Teens.

10:00 am classes going STRONG!


Great job to all the regulars who are attending the am jiujitsu classes, we have been averaging about 15 to 20 people Mon-Fri which is amazing considering most of us work in the daytime. Keep up the training, it will pay off!

Mexico City Seminars and MMA Expo

I'm finally back to our home WCJJ. I had 2 busy weeks of being in seminars in the USA and in Mexico City.
The mma expo in Mexico was a 3 day event with over 50,000 people in attendance. Where I gave a total of 12 different workshops on jujitsu technique, that I learned directly from Rickson Gracie.

Coach Brian will be conducting a seminar in Mexico city this weekend.This is great exposure for West Coast and affiliate academy Club De La Pelea with over 50 thousand people expected to attend the expo.

Coach Brian and wife Alex will be in Vegas July 6-8

We are proud to announce our own teammate Martha Benavides has officially signed with NBC syndicated show "Ultimate Women Challenge"The combined reach of CNBC and its siblings is 390 million viewers around the world.

Today they were filming Martha at her house and filming her at the WCJJ academy along with interviewing coaches Espinoza and Fred.

So many times the focus of attention goes out to fighters with big names and its good to see someone with the determination like Martha achieve her goal.

Its been a pleasure training her and lets all wish her godspeed.
