We provide an array of instruction in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Women's Self Defense and Fitness Classes, Mixed Martial Arts and Cardio Kickboxing. Classes are offered for every level of experience and are also available for Children and Teens.

x guard seminar


Over 30 people attended the x guard seminar this weekend hosted for the WCJJ competition team.

I was very happy that all who attended were able to pick up the basics and a large portion of the advanced moves.
