Its good to be back to reality Thailand is definatly a different kind of world. I also must say you don't know muay thai till you train in Thailand.
Congratulations to Roy and Puu they both fought in Thailand. There opponents had over 200 fights, Roy was a draw and Puu won by decision. Training was very hard beginning in the morning with a 2 mile run followed by bag and pad work and sparing for 3 hours,then in the evening we were back for 4 more hours .This trip not only made all of us stronger,but also was very beneficial for west coast jiujitsu and mma center.
Prepare for Brazil next year!!!!

congrats to Jaime for submitting all five of his opponents this last Saturday in riverside at the first world championships for kids and teens.i was amazed at how many kids participated in the event,and the high level of jiujitsu these kids have
not only receive first place but he won a new bmx bike.

about 15 of us from the academy will be gone to thiland till thanksgiving,we will be training at a muay Thai and mma camp.
lots of students have been asking if we will we open and yes we will.
